Article 1 (Membership)
- "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and following the procedures prescribed by the Company.
- "Member Information" refers to information about the member's attributes and transaction history disclosed by the member to the Company.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all members and must be observed both during the registration process and after registration.
Article 2 (Registration)

Eligibility for Membership
Customers who agree to these Terms and Conditions and complete the required registration procedures will be eligible for membership. Membership registration must be completed by the individual who will become a member. Registration by proxy is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to refuse membership applications from individuals whose membership has been revoked in the past or whom the Company deems unsuitable for any reason. -
Entering Member Information
When registering as a member, please carefully read the instructions and accurately enter the required information in the designated form. Special characters, old Kanji, and Roman numerals cannot be used when registering member information. If such characters are registered, the Company will modify them as necessary. -
Password Management
(1) Passwords may only be used by the member and cannot be transferred or lent to third parties.
(2) Members are responsible for managing their passwords, including regularly changing them to prevent unauthorized access.
(3) Any expression of intent made to the Company using a password will be deemed to be the member's own, and the member will be responsible for all payments and obligations arising therefrom.
Article 3 (Changes)
- Members must promptly notify the Company if there are any changes to the information provided, such as name or address.
- The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred due to failure to register such changes. Please note that even if changes are registered, any transactions processed before the changes are registered will be based on the information before the changes were made.
Article 4 (Withdrawal)
If a member wishes to cancel their membership, they must complete the cancellation procedure themselves. Membership will be canceled once the specified cancellation procedure has been completed.
Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Obligation to Compensate)

The Company may cancel a member's membership if the member makes a false statement when applying for membership, fails to fulfill payment obligations for mail-order purchases, or if the Company deems the member unsuitable for any reason.

If a member commits any of the following acts, they will be liable to compensate the Company for any damages suffered as a result: (1) Unauthorized use of membership number and password
(2) Interfering with the Company's business by accessing and altering information on this website, or by sending harmful computer programs to this website
(3) Infringing on the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company
(4) Engaging in any other act that violates these Terms and Conditions
Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

The Company may provide information to members through email newsletters and other methods, including advertisements. If a member does not wish to receive information, they can notify the Company following the prescribed method, and the Company will stop providing information. However, the provision of information necessary for the operation of the service cannot be stopped at the member's request.
Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
When using this service, members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts:

- Damaging the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company or any other third party
- Engaging in any conduct that may negatively impact the mind or body of minors or any act that violates public order and morals

- Entering false information
- Sending or writing harmful computer programs, emails, etc.
- Gaining unauthorized access to the Company's servers or other computers
- Lending or transferring passwords to third parties, or sharing passwords with third parties
- Engaging in any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 8 (Interruption or Suspension of Service)
- To maintain the operation of the service in good condition, the Company may suspend the provision of all or part of the service without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply: (1) When necessary for regular or emergency maintenance of the system
(2) When the system is overloaded
(3) If it becomes difficult to operate the system due to fire, power outage, interference by a third party, etc.
(4) When the Company determines that it is unavoidable to suspend the system
Article 9 (Changes and Discontinuation of Services)
The Company reserves the right to change or discontinue all or part of the services at its discretion without prior notice.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in relation to the Company's services, including system interruptions, delays, cancellations, loss of data due to failures of communication lines or computers, damages caused by unauthorized access to data, or any other damages incurred by members in relation to the Company's services.
- The Company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from the Company's web pages, servers, domains, etc. are free of harmful elements such as computer viruses.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of a member's violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 11 (Revision of these Terms and Conditions)
The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions at its discretion and may also establish supplementary terms that complement these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms"). Any revisions or supplements to these Terms and Conditions shall take effect when the revised Terms and Conditions or Supplementary Terms are posted on the Company's designated website. In such cases, members shall comply with the revised Terms and Conditions and Supplementary Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
